Toolroom milling operator wanted in Worcester County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Worcester County, Massachusetts. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square.
