Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Rijau, Niger State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
