Confectioner • Bekwarra, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Bekwarra, Cross River State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
