What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges The role involves apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines.
