Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
