Short order cook — Oju

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Oju, Benue State. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
