Sausage maker • Omala, Kogi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Omala, Kogi State. Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
