Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Six days a week, one day off. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
