Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Obudu, Cross River State. Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Pay around ₦170,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
