Line cook wanted in Okigwe

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Okigwe, Imo State. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
