Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Six days a week, one day off.
