Tracked excavator operator — Clark County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Clark County, Kansas. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. Your main tasks: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
