Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
