We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Camp County, Texas. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
