We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Webb County, Texas. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
