Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Monroe County, New York. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
