Now hiring: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Baker County, Florida. You will work at an auto components factory. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On the job you will handle: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Full-time, day shift.
