Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Charaideo, Assam. The role involves seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. You should bring 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites; confident working at height on scaffold and decking. Full-time with occasional weekends.
