Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Ikeja, Lagos State. Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
