Tandoor cook — Clark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Clark County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
