CNC mill setter-operator • Coffee County, Georgia

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Coffee County, Georgia. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Part-time with flexible hours. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
