Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Izard County, Arkansas. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
