We are recruiting: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Crane County, Texas. The job is in a factory paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Full-time with occasional weekends.
