Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Karim Lamido, Taraba State. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
