Line cook wanted in Ibeno

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
