The role involves season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Part-time with flexible hours.
