Kitchen cook wanted in Letcher County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Letcher County, Kentucky. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
