Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Hardeman County, Texas. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Rotating shifts.
