Head baker — Miga

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Miga, Jigawa State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
