Sausage maker — Weber County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Weber County, Utah. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
