Cnc lathe setter — Riley County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Riley County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
