Grill cook wanted in Jackson County

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Jackson County, Iowa. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
