Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Kent County, Delaware. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
