Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Tsanyawa, Kano State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
