Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in DeWitt County, Illinois. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Part-time with flexible hours.
