Waiter wanted in Hampden County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Hampden County, Massachusetts. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Full-time with occasional weekends.
