Gardener wanted in Frederick County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Frederick County, Maryland. You will be based at a plant nursery. On the job you will handle: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
