Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Chenango County, New York. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
