Gas metal arc welder • Bodinga, Sokoto State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Bodinga, Sokoto State. You will be based at an automobile body shop. On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
