Immediate opening: meat cutter (Taraba State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Bali, Taraba State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
