What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
