Immediate opening: banquet server (Gombe State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Shomgom, Gombe State. You will work in a coffee shop. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
