Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Dutsi, Katsina State. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Six days a week, one day off.
