Vacancy available: furniture maker (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furniture maker in McMullen County, Texas. You will work on a busy construction site. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Day-to-day duties: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
