What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
