Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Ughelli North, Delta State. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Driving licence for travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
