Trainee butcher • Ihitte/Uboma, Imo State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Ihitte/Uboma, Imo State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time, day shift.
