Now hiring: TIG welder (Manipur)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a TIG welder in Thoubal, Manipur. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Day to day you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. Ideally you have able to pass a weld test on the spot; able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
