Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Wokingham, England. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
