Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Adavi, Kogi State. The job is in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦210,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
